Congratulations Wil!

Last night the district commissioner joined our group executive meeting to present Wil McGhie with a service award. Wil started as a Scout Leader in 2012 more recently being a valued member of the Executive Committee. Wil received a Chief Scout Commendation for good service. Well done Wil!
